SEE (READ) - HEAR (LISTEN) - FEEL (WITHIN) - PERCEIVE (WITHOUT)

If the world of thoughts and feelings is carefully considered and understood, then it becomes clear that we can react to a certain event with different thoughts and feelings, both negative and positive, depending on the prevailing mental and moral state. So every reaction to any event, situation, action, deed, conversation, rebuke, etc. depends solely on how and what thoughts are made about it and what feelings arise from it. However, this says nothing other than that no one other than the person's own thoughts and feelings are to blame if a depressed state, anger, fear or nervousness arises, because each person effectively fabricates this entirely out of themselves or out of their own thoughts and feelings. And this applies to every single person, without exception, so it is everyone themselves, because everyone puts themselves into states of anxiety and anger, depression, inferiority, sadness and exclusion, anger, self-worthlessness, self-uncertainty and all other possible behavioral deformities and unworthiness through their own thoughts and feelings.

Pessimistic and negative thoughts and feelings of every kind and nature always lead to some kind of psycho-conscious harm, because pessimism is always associated with anxious, fearful, angry, sad, lossy and otherwise depressing emotions, which in the imagination also suggest an inferiority, nothingness, failure and worthlessness of one's own person. Furthermore, there is also the conceit that one is doing everything wrong and is incapable of doing anything properly, in addition to the idea that everything and the whole of life no longer makes sense, that existence is irrelevant and one's own life is superfluous and pointless and that one's own person and one's own condition are absolutely indifferent to everyone else. This is in addition to the fact that the conceit - which as a rule already corresponds to a form of delusion - assumes that nobody wants to be helpful because all fellow human beings and the whole world are unjust.

This kind of pessimism not only degenerates into depression, but the person also acts in such a way that the whole thing already leads downhill in such a way that all paths are opened up to profound depression and negation. This is precisely because the pessimistic and negative thoughts and feelings, as well as the resulting negative mental and conscious state, gain such strength that they can no longer be resisted. In this way, one's own world of thoughts and feelings becomes one's true and real enemy, because it effectively and truthfully determines everything and anything in the above-mentioned relationship and is largely responsible if there is a bad state of mind and body. In principle, however, every kind of such a negative and bad state must be combated with all conceivable positive means. However, if this is not taken into account, the pessimistic and negative thoughts and feelings, as well as the generally poor mental and emotional state, will increase and the depression will deepen and persist.

The mode of action of thoughts and feelings is the fundamental fact of all impulses of which the human being is capable, consequently the psyche and the consciousness or the entire mental block are also dependent on them and align themselves according to the thought-feeling factors. There are four main factors that are originally responsible for the movements of the world of thoughts and feelings, namely the following:

  1. First there is a perception of some cause, such as an event, a situation, reproaches, a reprimand, unemployment, a disadvantage, a lie or slander, a pain, an experience, grief or anything else in any form.

  2. What is perceived is taken up mentally and emotionally and assessed as good or bad or as positive or negative, as valuable or worthless.

  3. What is perceived is viewed and judged in a completely neutral way, so no assessment is made, but only a clear observation and determination with regard to reality and its truth, as these result from what is perceived.

  4. As a result of what is perceived according to points 1. and 2., thoughts and feelings are formed about everything, either in a positive and good or in a negative and negative way, depending on how everything results from the already habitually predetermined and comprehensive non-neutral, negative or positive views and opinions.

Basically, people have to align their thoughts and feelings as well as the state of their psyche and consciousness in a valuable and positive way in order to be in a state of well-being in each of these relationships and also physically. Such a state of well-being includes love and joy, peace and freedom as well as harmony within oneself, but also balance, calm and contentment.
